Philodendron, is a famous indoor plant but can also be planted outdoors for tropical areas. It features large heart-shaped or spear-shaped leaves. It is mostly used as an ornamental plant.

Light
The Philodendron thrives in areas with bright, indirect sunlight. You can know what it needs simply by looking at its leaves. If it's getting too much light, most of the leaves will turn yellow. If it's getting not enough light, the leaves will grow several inches apart from each other.
Water
Give your Philodendrons a good amount of water once every 2 weeks or when the top soil is completely dry.
Humitidy & Temperature
Any humidity level is fine with the Philodendron, but more humid areas will greatly encourage its growth. They thrive in temperatures between 65 to 80 degrees.
Toxicity
Philodendrons are toxic when ingested by humans or pets.
